The aim of a dog agility competition is for a handler to direct their dog around a course of different obstacles. The handler must rely on the dog to negotiate all those obstacles correctly, and the dog must rely on the handler to indicate which obstacle is next.

Agility is an exciting team sport where you learn to form a partnership and build an amazing bond with your dog.

Dogs must:

  • be 12 months of age.
  • demonstrate good off lead control.
  • not show any aggression towards another dog or people.

The Club trains all levels of dog agility.

  • A Beginner module is run periodically through the year – Monday nights
  • Advanced and Intermediate Agility are run on Wednesday evenings.
